Cascade Hernia & Surgical Solutions at Meridian Surgery Center is an ambulatory (outpatient) care setting. We are Medicare certified and meet all Washington State and federal requirements for ambulatory surgical care. Dr. Robert C. Wright opened Cascade Hernia & Surgical Solutions at Meridian Surgery Center in 2001 and expanded at the new location in 2011.
Policies & Payments
Surgery Cancellations: A $750 cancellation fee will be charged for surgery appointments canceled within 72 business hours prior to the scheduled surgery.
Post-Op Visits: $150 cancellation fee if canceled within 48 business hours.
Consults: $250 cancellation fee if canceled within 48 business hours.
Rescheduling: If you reschedule an appointment, the center may retain a portion of the cancellation fee depending on timing and circumstances.
