Meridian Surgery Center is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Plastic Surgeon interested in one of two unique practice opportunities:

• Join Cascade Hernia & Surgical Solutions as part of an established physician-led surgical practice, or
• Maintain your own independent practice while utilizing Meridian Surgery Center’s state-of-the-art outpatient facility under its Certificate of Need.

Whether you’re looking to relocate an existing practice, establish a satellite location, or become part of a collaborative surgical team, we’ll work with you to create an arrangement that aligns with your professional goals.

• Continue operating as an independent practice while utilizing Meridian Surgery Center

Flexible clinic space, operating room access, and lease arrangements are available to accommodate a variety of practice models.

Compensation

Compensation and practice arrangements will be customized based on your selected practice model, whether joining Cascade Hernia & Surgical Solutions or operating independently.
